What happens when you request account deletion

  • Your profile (name, email, user ID), saved parking locations, and app interaction data will be permanently removed within 30 days
  • Subscription records held by Adapty for billing reconciliation are purged after 90 days
  • Some records may be retained longer where legally required (e.g. tax records under NZ law)
  • We'll send a confirmation email once deletion is complete
